The other day I woke up feeling overwhelmed and stuck on some things I have been working on. I felt I needed to change a few things in my life.
I hadn’t been sleeping well as I would like to and I felt a sense of confusion.
I took some time to journal and write and some thoughts came out that I need to change a few things.
That made me realize that I had been eating not as well as I wanted , not exercising regularly , saying yes to clients that were not my ideal ( and that would take a lot of my time and energy)
So on one page I wrote done what I want to change and on the other page why - simply writing why made me immediately feel better and in the mood to work on the habits I need to add or change.
Since that morning I decided to write once a month my WHY
Why did I start my business in the first place
Why I want to start running even 5k
Why I love organizing events and retreats ( which is something I recently started doing again)
and so on.
“As human beings we are capable of doing incredible things-of overcoming challenges and barriers. Even more so when we have a string reason why or a clear purpose.”
So I encourage you to do the same - Ask yourself why are you doing what you are doing?
I have experienced so many times that strong enough reasons can pull all of us through any challenges of doing what we want to do.
