And yet, it’s often the first thing we overlook.
This half-day experience is designed to help you pause, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels simple, supportive, and real.
Not overwhelming. Not another routine to follow.
Just space… to come back to yourself.
THE DAY’S FLOW
9:30 AM — Arrival at CLAW COLLECTIVE
We’ll begin the morning with a warm welcome, coffee or matcha, and space to settle in before the experience begins.
10:00 AM — Guided Breathwork
A gentle breathwork session to help calm your nervous system, quiet your mind, and bring you back into your body.
10:30 AM — Mindful Candle-Making Workshop with Voyelle
Step into a slow, sensory experience of scent, creativity, and connection.
You’ll design your own signature scent using premium essential oils, learn the art of blending, and pour your own candle to take home.
12:00 PM — Light Lunch + Mindful Walk
We’ll pause for a nourishing light lunch, then move into a mindful walk as we transition into the next part of the day.
1:00 PM — Higher Ground Signature Workout + Sound Bath
A 50-minute signature workout in a partially darkened room, guided by beautifully curated music, followed by a 30-minute sound bath session.
2:30 PM — Guided Journaling with Monia
A short reflective session to help you integrate the day, reconnect with what matters, and return to yourself with more clarity.
2:45 PM — Ceremonial Cacao, Healthy Bites + Gift Bags
We’ll close with ceremonial cacao, delicious healthy bites, meaningful conversation, and an exclusive gift bag for every participant.
3:00 PM — Closing
Leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and more connected to yourself.
