How it started
My journey into coaching and wellness began when I moved to Zurich. As a mother of six-month-old twins, I initially considered returning to the corporate world. However, my passion for personal development and the profound impact it had on my own journey inspired me to create workshops that empower and motivate women. This was the foundation of my online business, a space dedicated to clarity, growth, and transformation.
My experience & unique methods
With a global career spanning large-scale events, including the Olympic Games, I have a deep love for planning, creating, and organizing meaningful experiences. I thrive on bringing people together, fostering connections, and curating transformative events.
Entrepreneurship has been in my DNA from an early age, shaped by growing up in my family’s retail business in Greece. That foundation sparked a lifelong interest in leadership, strategy, and meaningful connection. Now, as a Business Mentor, Life Coach, and Event Host/Organizer, I blend my expertise in strategy and planning with a passion for wellness and community-building.
